  • Thought I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Signed the papers, agreed to everything and drove away for 4 days. Get a call to come in and sign paperwork and they hijacked me. Wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle I had purchased. They boxed me in with cars so i couldn't leave. There ultimatum, give them 4000 for down payment or get a co signer and then and only then could I drive off the lot with the vehicle they had said was mine, that I had signed on the dotted line as mine. They on all levels failed me as the customer. The salesman, the internet manager the finance person and the finance director. They all screwed me left me out hanging and treated me like I was the criminal. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. The only thing they did offer me was a ride home, what a joke of dealership! If you want bait and switch then go here they have mastered that !
