  • I would concur with the other 1 star reviewers that this is an absolutely awful location. The customer service here is atrocious and there is one member services rep in particular at this location who actually yells at and threatens potential customers. This employee is a steroid fueled lawsuit waiting to happen. Would highly advise any folks considering this particular gym (or even LA Fitness as a whole) to avoid as there are other Gym options in the East Valley where you will not have to worry about getting yelled at and threatened while in the sign up or trial phase.
