  • TOTAL CON MAN!!!! STAY AWAY!! He quoted us 140 for lock and 35 for trip. We weren't home and he didn't leave paperwork for our friend. He took 20 minutes total. Told our friend it was 400bucks!! She called us asap and we talked to him and told him use other door with less expensive lock. He didn't even look at other door and replaced front door lock after agreeing it would be 140 for lock. He charged us 404!!!!! I have left 7 messages at business # and no reply as of yet. They give me a different name for manager every time I call. He has harassed our friend as he had her mobile since she was there to stay while we were gone. He then showed up at our house demanding payment as we of course placed a hold on the difference between what he charged our card and what he quoted us. We have no receipt or paperwork. Unbelievable!! I should have used Angie's List as I usually do. Ugh!!!!!!!!! Total Crook!!!
