  • Amazing!!!!! I had the absolute worst day with VW Findlay dealership just down the road who had not only taken three days to run a diagnostic but also gave my car back to me with two engine lights on that previously were not there. I came here based on a recommendation and they were right!!! I enjoyed meeting Loren who immediately showed me great customer service. He came out to my car and looked at what I was telling him and within 15 minutes, he was already ordering parts on his dime!! My day turned around immediately. I can't wait to see the final result. Update will come shortly :)
