I spent all day on the phone last November trying to resolve a billing problem, but just found out today (9-5-17) more than one year after my appointment in June of 2016 that I'm being charged yet again for the same thing I thought had been resolved. Apparently, the billing agent did nothing in 11/16 and just told me everything was okay to get rid of me. I am sick of being over charged again and again by this practice.
