  • I drove to Charlotte airport in Raleigh and parked here. It was good in the sense of price and the fact that they unloaded my bags onto shuttle and took them off shuttle. But what really should also happen is when arriving/leaving airport, the driver should unload/load the bus too. I had no idea that I would have to do that. I could easily roll bags from my car to shuttle and from shuttle to car but really needed the muscle to lift on/off shuttle. There were like 5 guys to meet your car and no one willing to load/unload from shuttle itself.
