I enjoyed shopping here more than the big box stores like Home Depot because it is not as overwhelming. You can get most of the same things you would need from the larger stores without walking three miles to get there.
I was, however, disappointed in the customer service experience I had. There was a sign that they did framing on the front of the store so I asked where the framing was. I was rudly told "he has been gone for a while" which is when I mentioned the sign at the front of the store. She continued to be rude and said that if I had an issue "I should take it up with management"
I spoke with a different associate when I had a question about a grill and was told "that isn't my area" and that "the person that deals with them isnt' around" I understand that no everyone knows everything about grills, but that was no reason to be short with me in your reply.
Overall, it is nice to have a hardware store in the neighborhood and not have to travel to Monroeville for the Big Box chains. I just expected a better customer service experience.
