  • So I go in on 1/8/2018 for an exam and issue with a tooth which is dealt with but a couple of things don't go as smooth as before. First the X-rays taken are lost well not saved so after I leave the X-ray chair and get into an exam room they realize my X-rays weren't saved so of course now it's a scramble. Done with that and make an appt for 2 weeks later for full exam and cleaning or so o thought until I get a call today about making an appt for a cleaning and exam?? So of course I call and I am told that the appt made on the 8th for two weeks later can't be located?? So in a nutshell I am done with this place sad to say but the usual apology will come over from some manager or supervisor and ask to call the office to address my issues. Just read above that's all you have to do if you want to know my issues. What I really really want is for someone to do their job. That's all you come to work do you job I don't need apologies I don't need to be told the office dynamics or being short or having two locations etc I don't work for you so I don't care I am the customer I want you to take care of me the way you would want someone to take care of you. As usual this place got Vegas fever like most other places and the work ethic gets tossed out the window for the hard sell
