  • Was in there for less than 5 minutes, I tried to print a return label for my amazon prime return, first when I ask the manager their Bluetooth or wifi printing capability they said they don't have it and became very defensive and rude when I said the reason I asked was because their competitors has it just down the street, and he said "well you have a UPS label on your return" I mean obviously I do otherwise I won't be in there, but that's just saying he is only doing business with people who "have to" go there and not because they "want" to and I can see why because of his attitude and bad customer service. Second they try charge you $2 just to log in to their 1997 computer and then charge you again for each prints when I can just pay only $0.10 a print at Office Depot with using their own computer. So yeah needless to say I will never go back to this UPS given so many out there anyways.
