  • Slow, rude service. Waitress walked past me as I waited to be seated and barked at me to sit anywhere. I chose the least greasy table in the middle of the dining room... in plain view. No one ever came to take my order. Ever. Which meant...no dinner for me, because I stupidly burned all of my layover time waiting. While I sat there, I watched another woman ask for her check...watched the waitress say "yes"...only to go off and do 4 other things before bringing the check. When the check came, the server spilled a drink on the woman while placing the check on the table. These employees have no sense of urgency, don't give a hoot that folks have planes to catch & seem to not know what good service looks like. All signs point to poor management. There is a Rum Bar at the beginning of the D gates & a Burger Bar next to the C gates that both looked awesome. Wish I would have chosen either of those places instead.
