  • Horrible customer service!! Technician stole my wife's wedding ring and diamond earrings when she left the room for one minute. Come to find out they hired a two time convicted drug offender presumably with no background check. Because we didn't have "hard" evidence neither them nor their insurance provider, Cincinnati Insurance, claimed any wrong doing. They offered NOTHING to help ease this emotional experience. Do not use either company!
