rev:text	I have owned several vehicles and dealt with many different dealerships, but this dealership was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with the service department. The initial recall I had to have fixed, which I received a notice about from FCA was stated as 'not available at this time.' I have an open recall and their service department took it upon themselves to NOT fix it. I had also had an issue with my battery and alternator and that was never even mentioned or looked at. Now that I've wasted my time with Desert 215, I have to waste more of my time going elsewhere. They kept my vehicle for almost 8 hours and didn't do anything pertaining to initial reason for my visit. If I could give you zero stars I would, for your unprofessionalism and lack of care for your customers. I'll never recommend your dealership for purchasing a vehicle or for service.
