rev:text	******Buyers beware***. I see a theme. The few 5 star reviews are from people who just wrote their first review and echoing the same line "Isaac was amazing and so professional". Reality: Isaac advertises on Groupon to basically hook you for $400 services. You buy the voucher that states one A/C and one dryer vent system cleaning. Made appt and he showed up as agreed. Very friendly indeed; however, don't let that distract you from the fact that his immediate question is how long have you lived in this home and interrogation PRIOR to inspecting unit. Then says that you're going to need a more comprehensive package because it's dirty up there. For an additional $400-$35 (voucher) he can get it done. FAIL #1 When you politely decline and ask to stick to the specified purchased voucher, he became passive aggressive, defensive and REFUSED. Never looked at a single vent, never inspected the dryer vent because "it will be clogged". Then proceeded to lecture me on how dirty vents are the #1 fire sources in homes and how I need to do the right thing for my children and get it done or else I was filing them. FAIL #2 So you're not going to perform the purchased services? His answer "no, not worth my time for $35. You can think about it and I'll come back and do the job as he wrote his estimate............."or call Groupon and ask for a refund". "I have nothing to do with them so I don't know if they will give you your money back". FAIL #3 Said our goodbyes and I proceeded to call my CC company, open a claim and got my money back. I suggest you do NOT fall for this scam and if you did, call your CC and dispute it. Groupon will not refund you as they only will cancel or refund within 2 HOURS of purchase. Smart man. He must be bait and switching folks all over town. Just so you know, his equipment includes a shop vac with a long extension hose and a 6 ft ladder. Your welcome!
