Today after and endless stretch of below zero temperatures, our furnace decided to take a break. I called another large Heating and air company at noon and they weren't sure they could get anyone out on the same day, and if they could I would have to pay overtime rate at $180. I called Bethke and Jeff arrived in an 1 1/2. Within 5 minutes he identified that it was a frozen air intake pipe and it would take a few days for it to naturally de thaw. He changed the way the furnace drew air and within minutes we had heat. Jeff said they would return next week after the pipe de thawed and return the intake to outside air. One $85 service charge for both trips. Bethke H&A was the hero of the day!
