I'm relatively new to Toronto (I just passed the 2 year mark, so kind of?), and didn't have a family doctor. My coworker recommended a doctor here and I was lucky enough to get in as a new patient. This review reflects being a patient, not the walk-in clinic.
Some receptionists at the front desk are friendly, some are not. All of them are no-nonsense which I can appreciate since there are so many patients to take care of. Wait times are short if you have an appointment, and all the nurses I've had the pleasure of seeing are very kind. My doctor is great and doesn't rush you. She also prefers that her patients come for a physical every year, which is fine by me.
Location is convenient (close to Union Station), but it took a while to find the office inside the concourse (at the bottom of the escalators, tucked away). Leave yourself some extra time for your first visit.
