  • I'm filing a complaint with the B.B.B on Conrad's in Fairview park. I went there to get my oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. They gave me an ORAL recommendation (No paper trail) that my back brakes were METAL to METAL and the Caliper was SHOT!!!!! Not able to afford their HIGH prices, i had to send my car to a cheaper place that only charges HALF the price most places charge. Because the place i chose to fix my car had a 6 HOUR wait in the waiting room, i had to take the day off work, and PAY my friend $50 to take the car there for me. When they finally got my car up on the lift now 7 HOURS later, they refused to take my money or fix my brakes because they said, "MY BRAKES ARE STILL VERY NEW and whoever said i needed back brakes NEVER even removed the drums in order to check the back brakes" So.....THEY LIED!!!!! When i called Conrad's back to discuss what happened, they wouldn't answer any questions, not even an explanation for what happened or even tell me who the man was who lied to me. Again people..... they never even took the drums off the car in order to check the back brakes, it was confirmed!!! I'm now wondering if they even changed my oil or rotated my tires!!!! I wouldn't trust them now to put air in my tires... And all this happened 8 days before Christmas, go figure!!!!!!$$$$$!!!!!!.....
