rev:text	I requested a tow and talked over the phone over with the manager several times througout the day. Each time we talked, I mentioned that I would be needing a tow, but I would first like to jump the battery to verify it was not simply out of charge. The guy told me that was totally fine and confimed he had cables. I mentioned twice that if I needed to cancel the tow I'd still like to give him a bit of cash for his time. He said that was fine. Then he gets to my work, apparently down the block from his last call, and we go to jump my car. I mention again, "If it does turn out to be just the battery, and I don't need the tow, I'll more than gladly give you something for your time." He says, "Yeah, if it's just the battery you won't even need a tow, just leave it running and go get a battery." A minute later the car was running, it was just the battery. I say, "Okay, do you take card? Can I give you something for your time?" and he says, "well it's $100 for road side assisntance." Long story short they guy has the audacity to charge me $100 for a service that was discussed multiple times and IS NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR ANY LISTED FEE, and does not tell me there is a charge for the scenario I explained to him several times until after he provided the service. This was the worst experience ever, do NOT use this company. There are a ton of other companies in the area. Use one that's not going to literally rob you and act like it was the legal or okay thing to do.
