  • Went there to purchase a dress for a wedding and a reception. The sales associate was extremely helpful etc.. I ended up purchasing three dresses. A few days later I decided to exchange one of the dresses due to a sizing issue. When I went to the store and told the sales rep I'm there to exchange something, the level of service dropped from a 10 to a 0...they couldn't care less to help you at that point. Then they told me I cannot exchange the dress as it was a final sale(they never told me this when I purchased the 3 dresses). After arguing with them they decided to let me exchange it. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of treatment you get when you purchase something vs. Exchange something. Will not be shopping here again.
