  • Charles Howard took my call. He was more than helpful with what i was looking for and even went above and beyond to help me get exactly what i was wanting. He greeted me at the store shortly after and spoke with me about how the product was made, packaged, how long it was expected to last as well as offer me any help with any future purchases or questions. A store is a store with merchandise in it, it can be the best merchandise on the planet. But... if the person selling it to you isn't genuine then it means nothing. Charles is the real deal in someone to trust when it comes to investing in something so important as a mattress or even a pillow !! Thanks Chuck !!
