  • I have many Korean friends. Most of them are super nice and friendly. But not the cashier in this store!!! I went with my family a few weeks ago, (after many years didn't visit the store) it wasn't super busy. The young korean lady in her 20s or so, she was rude. First, she told me (in a loud voice) to take my grocery (a few packets of chips for kids) out from the basket and put it on the conveyor belt. Then, she continued to demand me to put the basket away (behind me). That really pissed me off, she has ZERO sense of customer service experience!!!! She's just like a spoilt child, definitely needed to be RE-trained and understand how to treat a customer politely. Not sure if that's the owner's princess or what, won't go again. I forget to mention why I didn't patronize them after many years, it was the same issue....We were looking for the price tag of a pair of sandel, we went to the cashier where 2 Korean cashiers were chatting and ignored us completely despite the fact we tried to ask in English politely....We left the store and never been back. EVER!!!! :(((((
