So I have banked here for over five years. My employer set me up for direct deposit and I went on vacation only to find out the direct deposit didn't work and my account is now overdrawn. Despite the fact that my account is suppose to send me texts notification I find out because my card is declined. I call Midfirst right away to explain the situation because there are no banks nearby. In fact they have no banks in California. Really!!??? So the phone person was very nice but said there's nothing they can do to help me. Despite telling them my husband has direct deposit hitting In two days. Thoroughly disappointed. No help or offer to waive fees. Their technology has always been behind the times which I tolerated because of customer service but when you really need help and guidance a they are.to bad to sad. I am so done with Midfirst. If I was with any other bank I could have just gone and deposited the money.
