  • Garry Smith, owner, has owed me over $1500 for over a year for items I paid for in full and he never delivered. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau and just obtained a judgment through the Small Claims Court, he continues to operate out of the Biltmore Fashion Square. He is a total con man. Compulsive liar. Writes me bad checks. Admits he owes me money. No one does anything about him.
