  • BEWARE! My 1st appointment was ok, they seemed friendly especially after they got my money. After spending hundreds of dollars in laser hair removal, going thru their untrained and unprofessional staff I had the pleasure of being permanently scared with their services. If your looking for hair removal look at VISS permanent home removal. Its not cheap but its certainly more price effective and less irritating then the stone age equipment they use at Mocelle. After I had been permanently scared spoke to the manager who said it was my fault... apparently I was supposed to know what level Lucy lasered me last time, it was my fault Lucys writing was chicken scratch and the new girl could not read it. Staff turnover is bad at Mocelle, every appointment i was dealing with a new cosmetic staff representative The owner of the spa was not responsive to my calls and for that i may continue pursuing lawsuit however my best advice is do not bother with this place, they cause more damage then do good and are a waste of time, money and your nerves. Reception is very rude, pretentious and not helpful. This place does not deserve 1 star, they should not be in business! Also check out the BBB with these guys.
