| - My sister treated us for a Sunday brunch here and I was blown away. The view was fantastic, (once you get over the fear of heights and the strange uneasiness of a rotating restaurant). The food, was equally amazing. The beef carpaccio was possibly the best dish I've ever had at any restaurant (rivaled only by the sweetbreads at Bouchon). The salad was amazing too, with just the right balance of everything. I don't remember everything since this was two years ago, but I think it was arugula, pecans, an amazing bleu cheese crumbled on top, with mandarin oranges, and a balsamic reduction to give it the right blend of sweet and acidic. I don't remember what my main entree was or what the dessert was, but I remember thinking that it was pretty awesome. I know one of us (could've been me or my girlfriend) had a lobster dish that was really spectacular. Anyway, even though I don't remember all the details, I remember enough to recommend it to anyone in Las Vegas for the weekend.
