I was really disappointed when I check my bank account and saw there was extra money charge to my account. When I spoke to the manager he said there was nothing he can do about it because I didn't have my card number (I got a new card Wednesday I was using a temp card during that transaction.) which is there is a signed copy of receipt but you can't do anything about it that a tip was added that I didn't write in. I will NEVER go back to this company this makes me sick to my stomach... Learn customer service skills and now I have to go to the trouble of reporting fraud because of this.
