I've had a positive experience from the start. All the staff members are easy going and very welcoming. The idea of walking into a fight gym can be very intimidating. The classes can be aimed towards anyone that's new to fitness/fighting and those wanting to train harder. I'm never bored in the classes and the coaches pay attention to each individual, providing as much guidance as possible. They've helped my husband and I fit in and learn the basics of each class and from there on how to make it more intense at our own pace.
It's good to see that the gym has gained popularity and filled with great many people but it does limit the space available during some classes, which can feel overwhelming/crowded.
I like that they host events throughout the month such as self defense classes, an anti bullying class, UFC showing parties, and classes that allow you to invite your friends and family for free.
