Terrible customer service from teller. She had the Nerve to ask me why my own bank wouldn't cash the check. I'm sure they would but I didn't want to drive far on my break. Well I work in the area and she saw my work badge. I figured if I'm in the area why wouldn't I cash it if I'm next to the bank. ILE you can save your attitude for after work. A customer should be able to cash a check anytime they want to, don't forget what your job is and don't question customers in what to do with THEIR MONEY. I suggest maybe retraining to understand the needs of the customer in front of you, not your opinions.
