  • Great juice selection but extremely poor service. If you don't have a small figure, pretty face and alot of money, good luck getting anyone to help you. I've been to both locations in hopes that one might be a bit friendlier but was very disappointed. My first time at this shop was about 8 months ago, I had just started vaping and was very excited to get into premium juices. Walking in its a very clean. Organised shop but I was met with an extremely weak and unenthusiastic hello. I sat down and tried afew juices but not before being ignored for a good ten minutes while all of the employees were talking to a group of ladies, all particularly good looking. Granted if they were discussing juices or mods I would not be upset but they were simply talking about everyday life while continuing to ignore me. After I finally got someone's attention they seemed aggravated and annoyed that I would want to try more than one juice. After feeling so rushed I quickly made a decision and went home. The next time I visited this shop the same thing happened, only this time as I was walking out of the door I noticed they had given me a zero nicotine juice when I had specifically asked for a 3 multiple times. Noticing this I went back inside and asked for the correct nicotine level, only to be met with a scoff and afew minutes later being told they were out of that nicotine level. I would not go back to this shop, even if they carry most of the juices I love, I would rather spend the extra money on shipping and not have to feel like I'm a burden for taking my time in deciding which juice I would like to spend money on.
