  • ZERO STARS...POOR SERVICE PROCEDURES.. You would think scheduling an appt for an oil change days ahead would make your visit reasonable timing...but 2.5 hrs is over the top.. Im sure it being my "complimentary" first oil change and not a profitable job for them influenced my wait time. I have no doubt in saying that due to another customer(that i noticed)who arrived roughly an hour after my arrival time was done before me. And after seeing some reviews about service and used sales dept.i have no doubt in my assessment. Didnt want the car wash since the advisor told me it would be another 30min wait with just 2 vehicles ahead of me.. Last i checked, they run them through drive thru wash. THANKS SAM RANGEL.
