  • Nathan said they would be at my house Friday afternoon to take a look at my breaker box. I checked with him as I was leaving work early at 1. He said it MIGHT be closer to 3. Then I heard from him again and reported the technician was going to be done with the person ahead of me at around 4, then told me that customer was in Casa Grande!...2 hours or more away from me! So I waited for the rest of the night, and Conner was a no call, no show. Same story for Saturday, technician was to be Dave...didn't answer his phone all day, and voice mail box was full...no call no show. This is not good business! I hope the owner reads these and addresses this problem. Taking my business somewhere else!
