| - My wife and I decided to give this shop a try.
Read some reviews, wanted to make up our own minds, and save some money too.
Visited the shop, and purchased 4 cartons.
Got home, wanted to see how much we saved, and discovered we had been charged for 5 cartons. Shit. Now what?
I called the store, and was connected to a very nice lady. I told her my story, expecting the worst, but hoping I would be wrong.
I gave her some info to work with, she said she had to investigate, and check the cameras.
Ok, fair enough. Waited for a callback. She called, found the transaction on camera, and verified my claim. She offered to refund the disputed amount, and mail me a receipt.
The credit appeared exactly when she said it would, and I got the receipt in the mail with a nice discount coupon for our next visit.
Some might say she didn't do anything more than she should have, and you would be right.
However, how often do people actually do the right thing anymore? That's why they earned a customer that day, because they did the right thing.
