Today at 11:45, I placed an online order for delivery to my job. The forms asked for the usual (name, address, phone number) so I entered my employer information. After an hour, I decided to call because my food had not been delivered yet. I don't know the woman's name I spoke with but she first told me that the driver called once & nobody answer to which I responded that I work in a pharmacy (the phones don't go unanswered) to which she retorted that now the driver said he called 3 times. She verified the number I called from, which was visible on her caller ID, was the same as the number I provided on the order form when she asked if it was a working number.
This was my first and last time ordering from here. In lieu of what should've been an apology, the workers decided to blame a customer & insinuate I was a liar.
My food arrived after 90 minutes & barely warm.
