  • Literally writing this as we leave the store, that's how bad my experience was. My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday night at 1:30 am. We just moved to the area and drove past this place so we decided to stop. We were both wearing jackets and my boyfriend was wearing his hood because it's fucking freezing outside and we're from California so we're not used to this cold. IMMEDIATELY when we walk in, an old Asian lady bombards us and asks us for our IDs. Okay, that's fine. I get it. It's an adult shop so it's understandable to ID. What was uncalled for was this old ass Asian lady following my boyfriend and I around the ENTIRE store like we were some middle school degenerates. Then whispering to her coworker the entire time saying I'm following them around to make sure. Like WE CAN HEAR YOU. I get that we came in late at night but what do you expect when you're open 24 hours. You can't get sketched out when people come at unusual hours. The selection is great but work on your fucking customer service. Five stars for selection, -10000 for the rude ass Asian lady
