  • I shop at target about twice a week I have 2 kids so we love to check out the kids department and cat & jack are my go to for gift giving! This target is clean and for the most part friendly, except today! I had some exchanges I had to swap some sizes out both my kids had birthday on top of Christmas ect I went to swap out clothing & sizes it was $170 worth of kids clothing I didn't have a receipt because they were gifts and i wasn't asking for a return I just wanted to exchange the cashier Joey was extremely rude and hard to work with! Imma General Manager of a retail store so when someone gives me the look as if I stole it (I know the look I've been in retail for 8 years) while my two toddlers are with me it was disgusting. He kept pushing "its over $100, we only allow $100 per ID, there is nothing we can do" thankfully my sister was with me so I was able to use her ID as well to complete my exchange. I would totally understand pushing that if I was asking for a refund but I knew it was an exchange and thought it would be easy! Joey continued to be rude the entire time when something didn't have a tag and I said I could grab the item for him "they all have different codes" Joey , if the item in the same size and color the UPCs will be the same! So instead of huffing and puffing take some knowledge from someone who was offering to help you. We wrapped up I did let Joey know how rude he was being, he kept saying "have a great day, you're all set , have a great day making me feel rushed! Joey take time to be patient and not rude to your customers ! Especially the ones who spend $300 plus a week there! Thanks for my refund hope you know I used it all plus spent more! Asshole...
