  • The hotel is dated and it is difficult to find your way in from the me all (there are no signs leading you to the elevators and they are difficult to locate). I was not about to drag my bags up a big flight of stairs. I would have given them a two or - stretched it into a three star but Albert and they women in the concierge lounge were 5 star! He is darling! The service was so extrodinary and the food was excellent.The rest of the staff should take a lesson from these consumate professionals.
