rev:text	DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I moved from Arizona to Pennsylvania.They offered me 3 free months storage in their facility in Vegas...sounded great. The first day they were to show up and start, they arrived at our house after 4:00pm, so that day was wasted. The worked until 2:00pm the second day and told me they were putting my goods in a local storage locker, which was not supposed to happen. On the next day they ran out of boxes, so I offered to go to a local Home Depot with their money to buy additional boxes, otherwise they would of had to use the moving truck (more wasted time and completely unprepared). Then came the overage...."we will have to charge you additional monies since you are over....funny thing, I leave to go get them the boxes that they should have brought, and when I return I'm over in weight on the truck. After over a week delay in receiving our goods, delivery day came and numerous items broken, cracked, and/or completely destroyed (numerous dishes/glassware, non-wrapped picure frames, refrigerator dented, metal TV stand bent, master bed (Cal-King) bent inside the truck without a bed box... I took pictures of everything and filed a claim. After 10 months, numerous unreturned phone calls/messages (from "Kayla"...who I find out is in a relationship with the head mover who advised me of my overage) and other run around nonsense, we received a settlement of approximately 1/10th of what the value I was claiming was broken and damaged.This company is a absolute joke. The sales girl I dealt with, Kayla, never returned any of my calls once they had our goods on their truck. The better business bureau should shut these thieves down!
