  • Since I can't reply to their reply to my review... a few notes... The door unlocked thing? Happened TWO TIMES IN A ROW, not just once. And the first time it was BOTH of our doors - they did everything but leave the garage open. The price is 1.5 times what we paid for our last two cleaning companies IN THE AREA, but much worse cleaning. I think it's funny that they did NOT counter the issues I had with things not being cleaned... Paying more money for worse cleaning is just craziness. We were willing to pay more for better cleaning, but didn't get it. They NEVER cleaned under our couch properly and missed way too many other things to list. If you're happy with them, I wish you luck in the future. If you haven't tried them - DON'T!
