  • My husband went to this salon off an ad in a book and waited 45 minutes before the girl walked up and told him the stylist has to leave for the night. So unprofessional, rude and a waste of time. Not even we apologize if you come back we will Comp your hair cut. Just a "you can come back tomorrow. That is horrible customer service and if they couldn't take him they should of told him that before he waited for 45 minutes. They had a coupon in a journal. They wouldn't have to post coupons to gain business if they had good customer service. Also very dumpy and smelled weird.
