  • I decided to go inside instead to order my drink instead of the drive-thru since it was super packed. I ordered my drink and as I waited 3 people who were after me.... had gotten their drinks before me. Ok, no problem I usually am patient and have no problem waiting. 15 minutes pass by, no ones called my drink out and I see the baristas literally starring at me. I wait another 5 minutes and still nothing, I ended up waiting at the pick up window and then they finally made my drink. No one apologized for the wait or even the fact that they forgot my iced drink. I think I rather just stick to ordering through drive-thru cause the wait isn't as long.
