  • If I could give this place a "no star" rating, I would. They are nice to you and "woo" you to get you into the place but once the ink is dried on the lease, you are totally forgotten. The phone in the office is rarely answered so you have to leave a message and phone calls are never returned; the fitness center was supposed to open in March, then in July ... it's now October and it's still not open; parking rules are not enforced so if someone is parked in your space ... too bad, you are SOL (because they have to give "24 hours notice"); maintenance requests take 3+ days unless it's an emergency; unruly children run around screaming, there is a bug problem; I have complained about the "tag football game" that occurs nightly from my upstairs neighbor but nothing is ever done about it; there is one dim light bulb in the "breezeway" and you can hardly see when putting the key in your lock after dark (it's so dark it's dangerous); a shooting occurred right outside my spare bedroom window; take this seriously, do NOT move to this apartment complex! It is TERRIBLE! I see below where BH Management has responded to one review but THEY don't return phone calls either!
