  • Is it stunning complex? Absolutely! BUT, there have been too many issues to count, and not much is done to fix those issue. We have valet waste, which I love, but when neighbors decide to make their trash can and trash a permanent decoration that sits outside their door for other residents to see and smell all day long, that is just absurd. Poo Prints is simply used as a scare tactic, because I see dog waste throughout the community on a daily basis that sits for long periods of time before being disposed of. I doubt that the people that don't pick up after their dogs have even seen a bill for not being a responsible pet owner. Not the last complaint, but certainly the most important, is the ability for non residents to utilize the amenities that the residents pay for. A gym that can be used by non residents who utilize a specific personal trainer, a spa room that is being used by a local business, and a pool party that is open to all. Its beautiful, but it's essentially a public property.
