  • After reading about this posted event, stating this time be the largest & brightest hiliday light festival , I was expecting a lot. When I got there, I immediately drove by, saw the lazy, not-so-spectacular presentation. & To make matters worse, it was in a dark, shady neighborhood with potholed streets, streets were closed and overcrowded, very unorganized.
