Having lived in San Jose, CA and Westminster, CA (the two largest Vietnamese communities in the US) as well as the actual country of Vietnam, I can tell you that this place has AUTHENTIC spring rolls. It is light and tastes delicious. This is something that is extremely rare, even in California where all the V's reside.
I ordered the hu tieu xao dac biet (forgot what its called in English) and it was very good too. There were 3 or 4 types of meat in it and some of it was a bit overcooked but that's pretty normal for a dish like this (since they cook everything together) unless you're paying top dollar for it. The noodles, however were AMAZING. Cooked to perfection and it had a great flavor to it.
Service was excellent. Everyone was extremely nice and multiple servers came by to check up on us even though it was busy that day. Overall, this place is great if you want some authentic Vietnamese food and offers a very fair price.
