  • My boyfriend and I made appointments at Shawn Paul Salon after a disappointing experience at another area salon. He got a cut with Megan. I got a cut and color with Lauren (I think that's her name). The salon itself is beautiful and clean. It's decorated in a fun, playful, eclectic style. As soon as we entered, we were immediately offered drinks, which is always a nice touch. Everyone seemed very friendly. My boyfriend left pleased as punch. He had been trying to get this particular style with varying degrees of success for years, but Megan got it perfect on the very first visit. He's been talking about it for more than a week now. He's a very happy camper. I left satisfied, as well. My hair is a tough darker than I was expecting, but I think it looks great. My stylist was very professional and took her time on every aspect of both cut and color. I really felt like she listened to me and that I was in good hands. Needless to say, we'll be back in a couple months, and we'd recommend anyone looking for a new salon to stop in sometime.
