  • Okay, time to update my ratings. I've gone back to tanning after taking a 4 year break and despite the negative reviews, I decided to give my old salon a chance. I've gone 4 times now and had "issues" every time. (If you can call them issues or irritation). The first time, the young girl had no idea how to help me purchase a package. Called "her mom" and quoted me prices, but when I used my calculator, it didn't add up. She gave me another price and it came closer but was off a few dollars. I went ahead and paid for 6 months ahead of time, but still had to sign an agreement to auto-withdraw..?!? Huh? Whatever. Then the second time they cut my time because they were closing in 20 minuets. Umm, don't you schedule for that?? If I walk in at 7:55 shouldn't you want to provide excellent service?? Nope, they apparently don't schedule for walk-ins past 7:30 even though they are open until 8. They want to leave at 8! Management should schedule them to work appropriately. They should adjust these girls schedule and provide better service. 3rd time, I had to wait for over 10 minutes to get help. One was doing a spray tan then another girl appeared coming out from tanning. Really?? You get paid for tanning but can't let me tan what I pay for?! Now today, I can't tan until 7:30 at night because of their 24 hour policy. I've seen that policy at other stores and you sign that you understand and tan at your own risk. Not here, I have to wait until 7:30, so on the weekends, I won't be able to tan because they close at 4. What's wrong with their customer service. I am feeling like my business is not appreciated or this business has some learning to do. Must be why they lock you into a contract with no refunds... learned my lesson. Don't expect much when you come in, it's all about them and not good customer service. The girls are all nice so I blame my issues on management or the owners, either way, it's annoying.
