  • I had a great stay for my business trip to the Cleveland area. I had stayed at this property before under it's previous operation as a Ramada hotel, and the quality and price were excellent, and it's conveniently located right off of the I-90 expressway. Each employee that I interacted with (two front desk clerks, the continental breakfast attendant and a maintenance person) were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are outfitted with a fridge and microwave, which I always find convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was well stocked with enough towels, facial tissue and bathroom tissue to accommodate my stay. The cable system had 5 different HBO channels to choose from, which I enjoyed. The continental breakfast was excellent, and even though it was busy when I was there (Saturday morning), everything was constantly fresh and filled. The only thing that I found fault with was the WiFi signal, which was intermittent as more guests logged on, but it wasn't enough to spoil my stay (WiFi was free). I would stay here again, and encourage others to do so as well.
