  • I've gone to this NTB several times over the years for my oil change & tire rotation. Overall, for an NTB, I feel they do a good job. The man who (I think he owns this franchise location) is always at the counter is super nice and pleasant. He usually calls to tell me what else is "wrong" with my car, but doesn't give me a hard time when I say no thanks & that I'll have my uncle do the other repairs. I have been to MANY other NTB and Mr. Tire locations and never have decent service / customer care. I come back to this location because the meet the need and take care of the car. I would recommend this location (note: THIS LOCATION) to family or friends.
