Service department is trash! Dropped my car off Thursday morning, they told me it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday afternoon 2:30 they called me back after I had called three times since 11:00. When they called, they told me my car isn't ready and that they haven't even started it yet. He told me the body shop had some troubles with an air compressor? Apparently the whole shop only has one air compressor, and why would you need an air compressor for a fender repair?
The thing that really got me is they couldn't even call me at any point during this process to update me on the car. Now it won't be done until tomorrow (Wednesday) or even Thursday. They gave me a loaner car which does not have the same capabilities as my Grand Cherokee which I could of used when it snowed. The sales department is great! But the service department are clueless about their job... definitely NOT going back to Deacons for service.
Got to pick up my car this morning after my grandfather called to complain about the length of time it took and they had it done last night. BUT after them asking me if I wanted to have a refurbished radio put in my brand new car I said no and they went against what I said I put the radio in my car anyways. Then the fender flare they were supposed to put a new one on they scratched the hell out of it. Never going back here.
