I've been with Dr. Kaczar for years, and I feel he's a really good doctor but I think his office staff could use some customer service training. If you are looking for helpful, understanding and courtesy staff you are not going to get it here. Example, they told me they will not provide reminder calls before appointments, they do so when they feel like it. Then hit you with a $25 fee without hesitation.
Take the good with the bad. A great doctor who will listen and take the time to get to know you personally...and the less than helpful staff.
