  • This is the worst salon I've ever been to. I don't know why I've gone back. But after yesterday I never will. Three weeks ago I went with my daughters for a gel manicure and we waited almost an hour for anyone to start on us. Many people came in long after we did and were taken way before us. When after an hour, I finally asked the owner what the story was, he told me that those people appointments. Well, I tried again yesterday. I made an appointment for 4:30 for mani/pedicure for myself and my daughters. Finally at 5:30 someone started on one of us. Again, people had come in (lots of them) and they were started in before us. My daughters had an ok experience. But I did not. The lady who did my pedicure did not speak English, was rough and rude, pushing and pulling my feet when I didn't understand her. She did not even look at what she was doing to me. I felt as though I wasn't even a person. Then after her very uncomfortable pedicure, she got up without a word and walked away. I had to ask someone else if someone was going to give me a manicure. Another lady came to give me the manicure. She again was rough, filed the tops of my nails, so that I can't even imagine what they are going to look like when the polish comes off. I imagine, destroyed. She did not look at me, did not talk rushed through the whole thing and did a terrible job. The polish is lumpy and not even shiny, as she didn't leave my hand in the light long enough. We finally left the salon at 7:00 after having a miserable experience. We had a 4:30 appointment and were finished 2 1/2 hours later. What I had planned as a beautiful experience for my daughters and myself turned out horribly. I will never return. No one should be treated like that, EVER!
